Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tire and Lube Technician to join our skilled team. In this role, you'll be responsible for performing essential vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, tire services, and routine inspections. This position is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and is eager to grow their career in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform oil and filter changes efficiently and accurately.
  • Inspect and replace tires, including mounting, balancing, and rotations.
  • Conduct vehicle safety inspections and document findings.
  • Ensure proper fluid levels for coolant, transmission, brakes, and power steering.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service bay and tools.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing basic maintenance concerns.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge and experience in vehicle maintenance preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

As an Automotive Technician, your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing automotive repairs and maintenance tasks on a variety of vehicles.

  • Using the latest automotive technologies and industry trends to diagnose and repair vehicles quickly and efficiently.

  • Staying up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and industry trends to ensure that our service department is at the forefront of the industry.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
